This notice explains what we receive when you contact Ivy Star and how we use it.
Information you provide
When you contact us, you may share your name, email address, graduation year, study plans, or an essay draft. During an engagement, we receive the application materials needed to advise you.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, arrange consultations, manage webinar registrations, and carry out the work you engage us to do. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Scheduling and enquiries
Our current booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. Google also serves the fonts used on this website. Its handling of information is described in Google’s privacy policy.
Website enquiries and attachments are delivered to our team through FormSubmit. FormSubmit retains form submission text for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive.
Application materials
Drafts and other student materials are used to provide the advice or review you request. Access is limited to Ivy Star’s advisors and the service providers needed to store and deliver that work. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Website data
Our current website configuration does not enable analytics or advertising conversion tags. Hosting and embedded service providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.
